Tuna Extreme

I am not a fan of tuna that they use for sandwiches here. It's usually bland and looks like a glob of grey / brown. Given that fact that we have easy access to fresh fish, one wonders who would prefer tuna sandwich over ikan bakar.
But we do need variety and there is a way you can make this experience one to remember. Try this the next time you order a tuna sandwich

1. When ordering the tune sub, add in only lettuce and jalapenos. 
2. If you want to keep the heat low, add mayo and tomato sauce. 
3. If you want to crank it up, try it with chili sauce. 
4. Green peppers are optional. Black pepper doesn't count.

This would add a kick the otherwise bland tuna. The first time I tried this, it was quite an experience but I've since gotten used to it. First-times should have water standing by.
